Bellevue villas consists of three brand new villas which are set high on a hillside, overlooking one of Naxos' premier beaches - Plaka Beach - and the rolling hills that shape the surrounding Valley.

Villa One is located at the west part of the complex offering lavishly the view of the Aegean Sea and the spectacular surrounding area of Plaka beach. An amazing villa of 130sqm divided in two levels can accommodate up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms on the ground level, the 2 of them with en suite bathrooms and an expansive open-plan space on the high floor that combines a sitting, a dining area and a well-equipped spacious kitchen.
Combining perfectly curves and lines, the design of Villa Two offers unique harmony and serenity in all interior and exterior areas. A two levels’ Villa of 100sqm consists of 2 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the ground level, that can easily accommodate up to 5 guests. On the higher level, guests can enjoy the spectacular view from the comfortable living room, kitchen, dining area or the veranda.
Villa Three is a two levels’ villa of 130sqm in total. It can easily accommodate 6 guest in 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and in 1 more bedroom with separate bathroom on the ground floor. The higher level consists of a light and airy open-plan living, dining and contemporary kitchen area that can offer unforgettable moments to a family or friends.
Located just 450 meters (straight distance) from Plaka Beach and 50 meters above sea level, Bellevue Villas location is perfect for relaxation seekers, beach and sea sports lovers and travelers who wish to discover the beauties of Naxos island.
The property is 15 minutes driving to Naxos Town (or 8.9Km including 6.9Km of paved road and 2Km of flat dirt road) and just 3 minutes driving to the end of Plaka Beach, one of the best beaches and the longest one in Cyclades. Driving a couple of minutes more, Orkos and Mikri Vigla white sanded beaches can offer you unique moments of relaxation, gazing the shimmering sunlight on the light blue waters.
